Through forest and dunes to the sea
This challenging, varied forest and dune walk leads you from the edge of the historic inner city via a lovely route to the sea. Through the ages-old Haagse Bos Forest with its royal palace, via Clingendael House into the Meijendel dunes. Within this nature reserve, the route winds its way through many kilometres of footpaths to the coast, before finally bringing you out onto the beach towards Scheveningen. More information
De Pier, Scheveningen beach in The Hague
Scheveningen in the Hague has a new attraction. De Pier was renovated and reopened in late 2015. There is a selection of Food, Drinks, Shopping and Adventure on offer. You can bungy jump with BUNGY JUMP HOLLAND. There are a number of food stalls in a food market / food hall setup and there are two restaurants on the islands at the end of the pier. There are a number of shops dotted throughout.
